ATTENDANCE

A tool to organize and track in-person, hybrid, and online class attendance is at your disposal. It can be used to not only take attendance but also to share said attendance records, and is compatible with online tools. SlideCast is an outstanding helper that can be found within the attendance taking feature and can record and replay presentations in high quality.

eszkoz08.png
TASKLIST

Checklists can be created in your projects. Tasks can be assigned to specific participants, deadlines can be set, and completion can be marked. This information can be found in an overview.

eszkoz07.png
SURVEY

The survey tool allows for the easy set-up of questionnaires that can be filled out anonymously to gather honest feedback and give quality assurance.

eszkoz05.png
PUBLISHER

With the publishing tool, multiple people can work together on constructing learning materials. This advocates for thorough proofreading. CREATION

When creating tests, you can choose from 16 question types. Questions can be copied from previously created tests or question banks.

FILL-OUT CONTROL

The order of questions can be randomized, and they can be organized into random blocks. You can specify the total test time as well as the completion time for each question. Switching back and forth between pages can be regulated,
and test-taking locations can be restricted to specific IP addresses and can be protected by passwords. Detailed statistics pertaining to each student and each question are given immediately

notifications. The attendance records are available for the participants to view.

Attendance
COURSEGARDEN HYBRID LECTURES

Some of the students attend classes in-person while others can join remotely or watch the class back later on a recording. You can stream the presentation in real time from a laptop, tablet, or any other handheld device. Streams can include a slideshow presentation, live speaker narration, and other interactive elements, and can be watched by up to thousands of participants online. This way, every classroom can become
a studio. The recordings have incredible sound and image quality, and they require exceptionally little storage.

INTERACTIVE ELEMENTS

Questions can be posted between slides for the students to submit answers to in real time.

You can insert a slide that forms a word cloud made from submissions entered by the students.

The presenter can ask an ad-hoc yes or no question during the presentation and participants can answer in a pop-up window that appears.

The participants can ask questions in a chat for the presenter to answer immediately or after the presentation.

ONLINE MEETING SYSTEMS

The attendance tool also supports the use of external meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, GoogleMeet, etc.). If these are used, a students’ attendance is registered when they click on the meeting link.
